By creating an account or using Loudora you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. Service
Loudora is an automated audio mastering and stem-separation service. We process the audio you upload and return a mastered version. Results are produced algorithmically and may vary by material.
2. Account
One account per person/email. You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
3. Plans & payments
Free, pay-per-track and subscription plans (Pro/Studio) are available. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Intro discounts apply once per account/card. Prices are shown at checkout via Stripe.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your audio. You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload. You grant us a limited licence only to process it to deliver the service.
5. Acceptable use
Don't upload content you have no rights to, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
6. Files & privacy
Files are stored via signed, private links and auto-deleted after a retention period. We don't sell your audio. See how we handle data in the privacy notice.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or for artistic/commercial outcomes. Always keep a backup of your original mix.
