This notice explains what personal data Loudora processes and why.
1. Who we are
The data controller is the operator of the Loudora service (loudora.eu). For privacy questions contact rafskytech@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
Account: email, optional name, hashed password, OAuth identifier, your plan and consent timestamps. Content: uploaded audio, generated masters/stems/808s, chat and feedback. With analytics consent: an anonymous and session identifier, page/referrer, campaign parameters, device, browser, operating system and approximate country. We do not store your IP in product analytics.
3. Why we process it
To provide the service and your account, to send verification and service emails, and to take payments (all to perform our contract with you). Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in (consent), which you can withdraw anytime.
4. Processors we use
Payments: Stripe. Email delivery: Resend. Hosting, database and file storage: OVHcloud (EU data centres). They process data only on our instructions.
5. Retention & deletion
Uploaded files and results use private, signed links and are auto-deleted. Your original is removed within ~24 h; guest results after ~24 h, free accounts ~3 days, paid ~30 days. Product analytics events and sessions are deleted after 395 days. Account, chat and feedback data remain as needed to provide and protect the service; you can request deletion anytime.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to or restrict processing. Contact rafskytech@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. International transfers
Some processors may handle data outside your country; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. Cookies & analytics
Essential cookies keep login, language and guest access working. Optional first-party product analytics and Google Analytics run only after your consent; they use browser storage and may process campaign identifiers. You can decline them and still use the service.
